Take care of new born kitten!!?

Ok my friend's cat had babys (so fat 4 but only 1 lived) this one im taking care of couse mama ont take care of it at all (tried holden her down and everything... and I got a cat who has milk in her but the bay wont sucle so im feeling her with a seringe thinggy...but how much should it eat and how often?
