On my mind 24/7...? this situation is so crazy it's making me nervous everytime i think about it!!!!!?

There is this guy in my cl that i like. He sits in front of me and he turns around and stares at me everyday. He is very, VERY attractive and i want him to know that i like him but it's kinda crazy because we do not conversate much, we have small talks. I want to do something cute for Valentine tine's day to let him know how i feel but i am confused as to what to do. I want to send him a gram describing who i am but i do not want him to know that it is from me, i want to know if he has a Gf first and then if he don't i'll reveal myself later! but i'm a shy girl, who is a senior in high school and he is a senior too but it's so difficult because i have never felt this way about any one b4. He is like perfect in everyway but i don't know WHAT TO SAY TO HIM! Is the gram a good idea. Or should I write a letter and give it to him, sometimes i would be walking in the hallway and i would notice him staring at me hard. I like him a whole LOT. Guys i need real answers. I tink i'm in love!
