HEElP plEasEEEE!?
well i am a tennis player of 13 years 150 cms and 40 kilograms or 97 pounds, i'm in the team of el salvador but lately i've been deteriorating because i didn't run in the mornings i've been playing less just 2 hours and in the past i did 1 hour of running 1 hour cycling and 3 playing tennis. what can i do to recover my level? well in the past i weight 10 pounds more and i was faster now i'm not that fast i don't think because i lose weight because i didnt did any diet. next week i have exams i cannot go to play in the mornings just in the afternoons and in saturday i have a tournament. what can i do to recover my level and play better? and my motivation? and my energy on court??? PLEASE HELP THANX
