Doctor and Fisherman looking to relocate to Costa Rica?

I'm a doctor of pediatric nuerology and my husband is a professional fisherman. We've made a few trips to Costa Rica over the years and have decided to make the move. Does anyone know about the cost of living and job opportunities there?
