Will I lose my child tax credit?

My yearly income is less than the threshold, but after my employer adds the moving expenses they gave us we are over to the point it would be a $0. I know we cannot report the moving on the AGI so doen this mean even though federal taxable is less than trheshold that we will not be able to get it?
