My doc said I had multiple follicles? but they didn't burst? HELP, Not sure what that means?

Basically, your eggs got ready to be released, but never quite got there. It has to do with hormonal imbalances. I've got PCOS, and that's what happens with me. If a woman has regular ovulations and such, it's generally one egg per month. That just means that you didn't ovulate for however many cysts you have on your ovaries.
