No signs of labour will i go over?

im 37 weeks and i have not lost my mucus plug, had bloody discharge or any signs that labour will come soon. the baby is dropping a bit and i get twinges in my but besides this, nothing! i havent had an internal to see if im dialating or thinning but im worried because although i still have 3 weeks shouldnt i have had a bloodyshow or something by now?
