Photo camera settings for night shots?

I have a Sony dsc-t10 and I would like to tak some night shots,like the moon reflecting in the water, but unfortunately i have no idea what settings to use. i tried some, but they phailed. do you know how i should set the camera in order to take some better photos of the moon??
