Yes, he's certainly improved with age. I didn't used to like him or his broadcasting but he's actually very intelligent and has gotten over the smart *** phase. I think it did him a lot of good being married to Billy Piper, the split and then this really close friendship between the two couples. He's a good replacement for Terry Wogan too!
